Miracle Morning
Naomi and I have teamed up to do a 30 day challenge following "The Miracle Morning". We're kicking off tomorrow, May 1st, and going till the end of the month. I'm only doing weekdays, because I love my lazy weekends. I've spent the weekend prepping my schedule and thinking about what I want to accomplish.

5 mins Silence/Prayer: I'm psyched about
this part, but how am I going to not fall back asleep?! My favorite
prayer is, "May the Lord be on my mind, on my lips, and in my heart."
I'd like to take that as the theme of my reflections/prayers.

I'm using this as an excuse to get it all done for the day. I'll
likely be running 1-2 miles with a little cooldown afterwards

Reading I'm going to listen to a podcast/audio
book during my run so that I can multi-task this. My topics will change
each week so I can pick areas I want to get better in. I do a lot of real
estate podcasting right now, so I'm going to start with non-work
