Day 3

Today I did Pilates instead of running.  It's raining, and I'm just not badass enough to run in the morning rain yet.  Also, depressing.  Felt good to stretch though.

I've been working on building my real estate reputation and network.  Yes, all those blog and Facebook posts, REIA meetups, forum responses, and lunch-dates have had a purpose, although maybe not a goal.  You'd like to think I do them from the good of my fuzzy little heart, but my motives are slightly less pure.  I'm hoping that building my network will help build my net-worth, but I haven't figured out how that will play out.  That's ok though, I'll keep at it.

I've been trying to be more consistent with my blog posts over at Late Day Sun, partially to teach other people starting out, but also to just have a journal of this crazy journey.  The fun part about blogging is that it tracks page views for me.  I know some bloggers who get super excited once they hit the 10,000 view mark, and that was a moment for me as well.  But now I like to track when a certain post breaks my all-time view record, and it just happened!  So that's my happy moment today.  My farmhouse Before and Afters just hit 290 pageviews in 24 hours, breaking the previous record held by my Forever House post from July 2015 which was at 264.  I can go back to bed now.  My day is complete.
