Day 10

It's Day 10 of my Get-Up-Too-Early-And-Function Challenge!  (GUTEAF!)  I hate to say it, but my body is adjusting to the wake up time (or maybe I should be glad, but I don't love mornings enough.)  I'm not surprised.  I survived Baby Bootcamp and all the sleep deprivation tactics; this is far easier.  Today I actually woke up at 5:20, then Lil came in 5 minutes later and wanted to be awake for the day.  *Sigh*  Also, I'm completely done for the night by 9:30pm.

Part of my intentional life is focusing on family.  To that end, I spent the last weekend on a Girl Scout camping adventure with B.  I use the term "camping" loosely, because we were in a cushy cabin thing, but it was still fun.  And as you can see, she had a GREAT time soaking up the Mommy and friends getaway.  (See how we program them young to need "Ladies Weekends"?! :))

It's overcast and rainy today, and I have a giant to-do list of tasks I don't love.  I'm having a hard time getting motivated.  I think a second cup of coffee is in order...  (Also, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to focus only on things that help me achieve my top priorities.  There are so many little things that distract me, and I can't see how they can go away!)
