back

I did indeed go back and get my hair fixed (no charge). It's still brown-ish, but lighter, and with reddish tints that I think will indeed fade to my natural color. My hair, however, is not so happy with me for all this dying. I must be very nice and not make any sudden movements around it... :)

Another weekend of relative calm came and went. I'm liking this deviation from the norm of having things scheduled all the time. I think the sleep deprivation makes for a mellower Beka. Who is not constantly thinking there is something better to be doing other than chillaxing on the couch. With my baby.

Tonight we WILL be out and about though, watching the Bruins kick the Sabers collective butt. Sorry Cati. Maybe I'll throw in a little "LET'S GO BUFF-A-LO!" just for ol' times sake. (Honestly, I have no idea which team is better.) My first roommate EVER from back in the D.C. days, the dazzling Jill Hogue, will actually be babysitting the wee one for us. We are so lucky to have such great people around, willing to help us neglect our child. :)

Because you got the Buff-a-lo chant right, i shall forgive you for the text during a trying time that night. Now if i can just convince you that Buffalonians started that chant....
