Pictures!

There's been a 2 month lag, but I finally posted pictures from Naomi's bday and my baby shower (Memorial Day weekend). Phew! That was hard work. I'm still working on a couple more Baby Bump pictures (it's more like a baby mountain now...), and Shakes Workout Challenge IV and V pictures. Enjoy!

I've had a couple really great weekends in a row now. First the shower, then I went up for a fabulous visit with Susie in Portland, ME (SUCH a cute town!), then this past weekend we had the SWC V party on Friday followed by 2 days of ridiculous heat and great summer fun. Saturday after we had cleaned up as much as the stifling heat allowed, a bunch of us went to breakfast at Johnny D's and then headed up to Nahant Beach. If only that cool ocean breeze would make it to Somerville!! Beach time was followed by more food and movie time, and then a stroll down to the Square to listen to a James Taylor-esque musician while we played some Rummy. The gang then went to see Indiana Jones, but I passed in favor of my bed. :) Sunday was another 90+ day and so I attempted church (but nearly passed out from the heat), then spent a few hours in my air conditioned room. Shakes gave us a good guilt trip to get us out of the house and over to Mystic Lake for an afternoon swim, and that about sums up a fantastic weekend!

This week has been hot but not too eventful. Had a doctor appt yesterday, but other than that I've just been working and trying not to move too much. Tonight we're going stargazing at the BU Observatory, which should be a blast.

And that's all she wrote. Now look at pictures!
