Lazy Saturday
FIRST! Congrats to Julie and Paul, who welcomed in baby Michael Joseph on Tuesday after a ridiculously short and sweet labor (in the hospital for like only 3 hours before delivering!) Isn't he a handsome little devil?
Second (and not nearly as cool, but in keeping with the theme...), I've posted 2 more baby bump pics at 20 and 22 weeks (now). Definitely starting to show...
This past week I was down in Key West for work. It was my first trip to the island and it is GORGEOUS down there! We flew in Tues night and then worked all day Weds, but Thurs afternoon we got done a little early and I got to sit by the pool and stroll around downtown. So cute! It kind of reminds me of New Orleans in some ways - the houses and whatnot. What I found really strange (and can't believe I forgot to get a picture of!) is that they have wild roosters all over the island. And yes, they do start crowing at around 4 am. It made me laugh. :) I managed to get a nice redneck burn on the back of my neck to prove that I was really there even.
It was also bike week, so there were Harleys everywhere! I was a little jealous. It seems like it would be fun to ride Route 1 all the way to the end and then enjoy some sunny beachiness.
Today I've got a prenatal massage at 11:15 (fabulous!) and other than that - nothing. I love lazy weekends.
