exactly a month
and MAN OH MAN what a month. so, since my last blog i have
1) flown across the high seas to london town (how come every time you come around my london london bridge...)
2) hung out with julie wags and proved to her what a fantastic house wife i make.
3) seen kensington palace, buckingham palace, the bridge (of course), westminster abbey, and a bunch of other famously old places.
4) seen a musical version of "footloose" which featured the song "i need a hero" and so i obviously loved it.
5) had my laptop stolen on my return flight (never put it in your checked luggage. even if they make you. kick and scream the whole way to the plane)
6) white water rafted the terrifying gauley river in west virginia (terrifying depends of course on whether or not your raft flipped.)
7) had another great not-really-camping camping experience with lisa, elaine, and the rest of the rafting gang! (and it barely rained! aMAZing!)
8) had 12 job interviews, 8 in one week
9) turfed, topsoiled, and seeded our entire lawn
10) flown to bean-town for 3 follow-on interviews (each one left me more exhausted than the last)
11) been peer-pressured into staying the weekend for homecoming and TKE's reopening. but alas, i digress. that hasn't all happened yet. :)
