wahoooo!
well, it has certainly been a whirlwind adventure these past 2 weeks. the boston trip was fantastic and the rock n roll half marathon was a success. (meaning, i can still walk). i figure that pictures are worth many words, so here's a photo tribute to both events....

i know, i know, it seems like a drunk fest, but there was much more quality bonding to it than that. well, at least a little. take for instance "boston". in a matter of days, with a little friendly persuasion, our whole life plan changed. we are now smartly steering a course for the Boston area, where we will find exciting jobs, live near our friends, and eventually (hopefully) buy a house to fix up and rent out. how's that for crazy? although it's very sudden, every bone in my body agrees that this is the right choice. so now i'm beginning my job search basically from square one. which reminds me:
if you know someone in the boston area that would want to hire and energetic, smart, and gorgeous redhead, email me (yellopippi@yahoo.com) and i'll give you my resume to pass along. if i get the job, you're guaranteed a visit from me and my undying gratitude :)
and about the lack of race pictures from the RnR half - well, the camera didn't exactly make it to the event, but when they post the official race pics, i'll make sure to pirate a few and post them here! i wrote my name on my top so that people could cheer me on - i stopped counting at 60 "GO BEKA!"s, but that was definitely key to keeping my spirits up!
